We are looking for a committed, practicing Christian with youth ministry experience (or translatable experience) to lead the delivery of high quality youth ministry both at Castlerigg Manor (our retreat centre in the Lake District) and occasionally in schools and parishes around the area.
This is a residential post, and accommodation is provided, suitable for a single person. All meals are provided when on site, whether working or not and accommodation is available year round if required.
This is a 2-year fixed term training post which comes with the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that the holder of this post be a committed, practicing Christian. You will also need to pass an enhanced DBS check.
