We try our best to get everything right in the Youth Service, but we’re only human and sometimes we probably get it wrong!

When that happens, we want to put it right and in order for that to happen, first of all we need to know about it. 

So, this is what to do if you’ve got a complaint, or any constructive feedback. We can’t promise that we will agree with you, but we can assure you that all feedback and complaints will be considered and reflected upon.


In the first instance, you should address your complaint to the relevant Programme Leader, whose contact details you should already have

Alternatively, you are welcome to address your complaints straight to the Director of Youth Services //
